    Wasabi has informed us about an upcoming maintenance window in our Nebula Storage Cluster. They will be conducting essential system work to update various components to enhance performance and reliability. This work will be conducted between the hours of 6:00 AM EST to 6:00 PM EST on Sunday, July 14th, 2024.

    During this maintenance, there may be intermittent intervals lasting 5-10 minutes where customers could experience a higher-than-expected rate of 500-level errors. Magnus Box does not anticipate any widespread or major issues will occur during this time.

    Hello Partners,

    Wasabi has informed us of system errors that are affecting all of their data centers. During this time, some partners will be experiencing degraded backup performance, up to and including failed backups, while the issues are active. Wasabi has not provided a timeline on when the issue will be resolved.

    We've become aware of an issue regarding failed backups and wanted to address this quickly. Due to impacted systems at Wasabi, some partners will be experiencing failed backups while those hardware issues are repaired. This is currently in repair and will take several hours to be corrected.

    Update - We are continuing the restoration of the impacted components. A large number of servers have been rebooted & restored and we are working on the remaining servers in both regions.
