    We have completed the process of pointing all storage vaults to Nexus, and the initial backups have finished successfully with no reported issues. Our team is closely monitoring the situation and will keep the maintenance window open for a few more hours to ensure everything remains stable.

    We will be migrating data from our Raven storage cluster (hosted with Wasabi) to our Nexus cluster in our data center. This process will require temporary downtime as we complete the migration. Affected partners have been notified via email, and all vaults will be updated following the migration.

    Wasabi has informed us about an upcoming maintenance window in our Nebula Storage Cluster. They will be conducting essential system work to update various components to enhance performance and reliability. This work will be conducted between the hours of 6:00 AM EST to 6:00 PM EST on Sunday, July 14th, 2024.

    During this maintenance, there may be intermittent intervals lasting 5-10 minutes where customers could experience a higher-than-expected rate of 500-level errors. Magnus Box does not anticipate any widespread or major issues will occur during this time.
