Magnus Box - Notice history

Magnus Box will be performing scheduled cooling system maintenance at our datacenter tomorrow beginning at 8:00 AM EDT. We have reserved a maintenance window of approximately 4–5 hours for this work.

As a precaution, we may temporarily shut down the Akira and Nexus clusters during the maintenance window to reduce the datacenter thermal load while work is being completed.

If a shutdown is necessary, partners utilizing these clusters may experience temporary interruptions accessing affected Magnus Box services. No action is required from partners, and services will be restored as soon as the maintenance is complete.

Our team will be onsite throughout the maintenance window and will provide updates as work progresses.

One of our upstream network providers will be performing scheduled maintenance affecting the Magnus Box datacenter beginning Thursday, August 20 at 11:00 PM EDT. The provider has reserved a maintenance window through 5:00 AM EDT on Friday, August 21.

Magnus Box maintains redundant internet connectivity at the datacenter, and traffic is expected to automatically fail over to our secondary connection during any interruption to the affected circuit.

We do not anticipate any significant impact to Magnus Box services. However, Magnus Box Partners may experience brief connectivity interruptions or increased latency as traffic transitions between providers.

Our team will be monitoring the datacenter and Magnus Box services throughout the maintenance window.
