Update: The unplanned maintenance on the Nexus Transfer Server has been successfully completed.
Details:
The node replacement was carried out as planned, and the server is now fully operational.
Backup jobs that may have failed during the maintenance window will automatically complete during their next scheduled run.

MAINTENANCE CANCELLATION NOTICE
STATUS: CANCELLED Original Maintenance Window: Sunday, January 12th, 2025, 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM EST
The planned migration from Nebula storage cluster (Wasabi) to Apollo storage infrastructure has been cancelled due to data transfer volume considerations. All systems will continue operating on the current Nebula infrastructure without interruption.
CURRENT STATUS: • All systems operational • No service interruption • Nebula storage cluster remains active • Backups continuing as normal
Next Steps: We will reassess the migration strategy and announce a new maintenance window with adjusted parameters in the future.

WHAT'S HAPPENING • Pausing Nebula storage cluster backup operations • Blocking access to Nebula storage cluster • Completing final data replication • Redirecting traffic to Apollo storage cluster
IMPACT • Only affects Nebula storage cluster operations • Backups to Nebula will fail during the maintenance window • No action required from partners • Normal operations will resume automatically after migration
This migration will transition Nebula storage from Wasabi to our new Apollo storage cluster, powered by 45 drives servers. We will provide real-time updates throughout the maintenance window.
