We are currently performing emergency facility maintenance at the Magnus Box datacenter related to an issue with the cooling system.
A vendor is onsite and actively working to resolve the issue. Out of an abundance of caution and to protect our infrastructure, we are temporarily taking the Nexus cluster offline while this work is completed.
Backup data hosted on Nexus will be temporarily unavailable during this maintenance. Backup jobs may be delayed or retry once the cluster is returned to service.
At this time, this is a precautionary shutdown and we will restore the Nexus cluster as soon as it is safe to do so.
We will provide another update as work progresses.
