Hello, partners. Unfortunately, we have to announce that Magnus Box is seeing intermittent S3 connection issues affecting US-South (Defiant and Kelvin). We noticed our own data transfer dropping down to an extremely slow level this morning at 7am, and as of yet, the connection has not been completely restored. We've been told that the data center is working on the issue and we will be looking for more updates as the time comes. As soon as we have an estimate for when the connection might be restored, we will send out another notice to let everyone know. In the meantime, we're very sorry for any interrupted backups or inconveniences this connection issue might cause. We will keep in touch with the data center and with our partners to make sure you're all the first to know once things are back online. Thanks so much for your patience and understanding!
